Use the Paper VPN app.
Paper VPN for macOS 13 and newer
  • Open the Google Play Store on your TV → enter Paper VPN in the search → click the Install button. You can also download the installation file here.
There’re two ways to authorize in the app — by login or by key.
Sign In with Email and Password
1. Enter the login and password from your account. Your username is the email address you used to purchase your subscription.

The easiest way to do this is using your TV remote. If it isn’t available on your device, here is how you can do it using your smartphone:

  • Install the Remote for Android TV app (Android or iOS) and launch it
  • At the top of the app screen, click "Select TV." Your TV and your smartphone must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Select the TV or TV set-top box you need to connect.
  • Enter the connection code that will be displayed on the TV screen.
  • Open Paper VPN on your TV, and return to Remote for Android TV on your smartphone.
Navigate between the buttons in the Paper VPN app using the Remote for Android TV emulator on your smartphone.

  • Click the + button in the top right corner of the screen. Usually you need to press the Right arrow to highlight it.
  • Click the key input field. Usually you need to press the Down arrow to highlight it. The input field will automatically open in the Remote for Android TV app on your smartphone.
  • Enter your login and password.
To set a new password or request a new click here. We recommend using a computer or phone.

  • Press the "Turn On VPN". To turn the VPN off, press the same button — but "Turn Off VPN."
Sign In with Key
In this case the VPN works as usual, but you can’t manage your subscription.
  • Click the "I have a key" button and paste it into the field that appears.
  • Click to the "Turn On VPN". To turn the VPN off, press the same button — but it will be "Turn Off VPN."
  • If you have multiple subscriptions, switch between them using the button at the top of the screen.
  • Press the ≡ button — here you can check subscription details, access the Knowledge Base, and contact support.
